If search engine positioning is important to you - which it should be - Flash alone is not the answer unless you're a massive organisation that doesn't have to rely on search engines. But it can be used to add life to your content or it could even be used to introduce your website - not something we would recommend.
The content of a Flash frame cannot be read by search engine robots so the information will never be indexed in their search catalogues. We believe Flash is best used for banners to get visual messages to your visitors that are unimportant to search engines.
