Background
The company was formed in 2002 and originally consisted of two mature partners with many years of business experience between them. With IT expertise reaching back more than two decades we felt we knew enough about computing matters to move our interests towards the internet.
Our mission was always to build websites that work and the same philosophy still applies today. We believe any company that is prepared to spend good money on an internet presence should gain additional business from their website.
The initial thrust of our business was to repair ailing websites using our in-depth knowledge of the internet and thorough understanding of business essentials but we were subsequently asked to build new websites, mainly on the recommendation of existing customers.
Our business ethics
We are based on the outskirts of London but the internet allows us to work for customers anywhere in the world. However, we tend to concentrate on the southern end of the country with a customer base spreading from the furthest reaches of Kent, up through London and down to the West Country. This is why one of our telephone numbers has a Torbay code, allowing customers in Devon to contact us at local rates.
Our service is friendly and personal. When you ring us, real people answer the telephone. If you email us, you will always get a fast response. We believe good communication is the essence of good business.

Meet the team
Mike is the company founder and team leader. Although closing in on retirement, it's never likely to happen. He still works a 12 hour day (or more) and lives under the illusion that he might one day win the Lotto jackpot, especially if he remembers to buy a ticket! Mike handles the technical writing and SEO.
Matthew, also known as 'The Prof', is the technical expert on just about everything in life, including politics. Whoever it was who said, "If he doesn't know it, it's not worth knowing!" clearly had Matt in mind. Matt also runs a computer business and lectures part-time at a Dartford college.
Joe, nickname 'Willy Wag', is young, quick thinking, and has the answers to most coding problems. Having gained a first at the University of Kent in Canterbury, he provides the expertise we need to implement the websites and is our expert with Flash and all aspects of multimedia.
Pippa (who doesn't have a nickname) is the graphics expert. With a degree in Interior Architecture she has the artistic flair which goes into special graphical requirements or images that need more than photographs alone.
Laurence is the final member of the team. His nickname is 'Fievel' though we have no idea where that originated. He's still at university but we rely on his part-time input which helps the rest of us to keep abreast of technical design developments.
